What happens if there is bad weather?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds in the event of bad weather. However, you will be permitted to select a new booking date (within 2 weeks – Subject to availability) at no additional charge.

What happens if it breaks down or stops being inflated?

Do not attempt to fix it or interfere with the equipment – call us immediately on 0203 9094333.

What happens if there’s an accident or someone gets hurt on the bouncy castle?

Last Minute Bouncy Castles accept no liability for any accidents, loos or damage when on or using our equipment. You will be asked to sign a waiver of responsibility when the equipment is delivered. By signing, you are accepting full responsibility and liability for all those that use the equipment whilst in the time of hire.

What happens if the bouncy castle becomes damaged?

Call us immediately on 0203 9094333. If the damage is as a result of your negligence or misuse you will be liable for the repair or replacement cost.

What happens if we run late and need the bouncy castle for longer?

Call us immediately on 0203 9094333. We will need to arrange a new collection time. You may be subject to additional charge.

What happens if the driver can’t access the property in order to collect the bouncy castle at the end of hire?

You will be subject to additional hire and transport charges for the minimum extra hire length of 4 hours at £130 + delivery.
